Design a professional online store

I am looking for a design team to help bring my idea to life. The organization I am a part of is a medium sized luxury apparel retailer located in New York City. Our current website is not easily updatable nor does the online store fulfill all of our sales and data needs. I would like to create an online platform that once created is easily updatable by a team of sales girls with little-no web design experience. The final online store should look and function similar to the J. Crew website ([login to view URL]) some other ecommerce platforms we like are: [login to view URL] / [login to view URL] / [login to view URL] ** IMPORTANT ** I am not a website whiz therefore I do not know the names of the technologies that must be used, however, what must be designed is an easy to update system where new data can be uploaded (products, descriptions, images, promotions, etc.) Basically, we need to be able to input new products and product categories seamlessly whenever we like without having to hire a designer to update the store. Some important features the platform must include are: - Add/Remove discounts and promotional codes o Must be able to apply promotional code to ONE product category / all - Account registration o Also an express checkout option - Comprehensive sales analysis program that allows us to monitor the success of promotional codes and filter results by product - Securely process credit card information I am not a professional designer so I cannot fully list the features that this site must include, however, it must be VERY professional and on par with high-end sites such as the J. Crew page. Our budget for this project is negotiable and we will compensate fairly. The winning bidder must be able to communicate effectively IN ENGLISH via Instant Messenger / Email / Skype etc. and will be required to update me of the progress as well as provide samples DAILY. Ideally this project will be completed by the end of June which gives the team roughly four weeks to complete this project. *** I WILL BE INVOLVED IN THE LAYOUT PROCESS *** The winning team must be willing to work with me to design a layout that I am satisfied with which will be very similar to the J.
