Hello, Required: - Wordpress theme functional for v3.2.1 - Prefer modification of Arras theme. - Front Page has three columns - An additional Menu zone to be added to a header bar (Arras has only 2 by default). Provided: - 2 x PSD file with slices. - PSD File 1 with no Mouse_over - PSD File 2 with Mouse_over on. - Indication of Header, Content and footer zones. Delivery: - can provide sandbox testing environment if required. - delivery as [login to view URL] - Must display correctly on all browsers including smartphone Timeframe: - must be able to start immediately/soon. Other notes: - See jpg example of frontpage attached. - Prefer someone with AJAX & Jquery capability, but not essential. - All graphics supplied are property of client and cannot be reused. - Copyright of template is dependant on theme used.
