We require a web developer to develop a website thats rates employers and provides individuals to make informed decisions about their careers. The website should enable users to add employer information, browse employers, rate employers, add comments to employers description. An example of the required structure of the website will be provided to the developer as well as the contents. Admin services will also need to be added where any employers details or comments may be edited. Users should be able declare data as offensive/abusive and the administrator should receive the notification and be able to block/delete the comment. It should have cross browser and device compatibility (PC, Mac, iPhone, iPad, Android, Internet Explorer, Safari, Firefox, Chrome, Opera and others). SEO and a Content Management System would add value to the bid.
