coaching website - reposted

My website is basically a soccer/football coaching resource of sessions I have filmed. I would like to display each topic of each session on different pages of the website. These pages are already built although I would like to display vaired sesssions on each topic page as a video carousel, i would like help with this. Once the carousel is up and running videos will be streamed by you-tube or maybe embeded onto the website for better quality. I would like to the winning bidder to build a part of my site where users can sign up and register and create their own coaches profile with a social network aspect to it. The profiles will be available for other users to see and communicate between each other. the site will be partly free to users and other areas will be only available to paid memberships. paid memebers will have access to a coaching tool which will be a flash run program and as well a data analysis tool which will be for the user to enter data about their players and the website to feedback to them statistics based on the information entered by the user. the winning bidder will be needed to create these. I also have a page for coaches or managers who will be users of the site to register tournaments or festvials using a online form. I need the form then to display or advertise the tournament that has been completed on a seprate page for users to see. I am looking for a one off price to pay for this work and and not a hourly rate this is a reposted project after I awarded it to someone else who wasted alot of my time and never completed it. if you are to win this project i expect top communication the first sign of you not communicating will see you fore-fit the project.
