convert player Scores and Averages from xlsx to mysql & php

i currently look after a team of 12 skittles players who make up 1 team in a league. I used to look after the score keeping, averages, his, lows, and fines associated with each player for each of the 30+ games we play in a season. This was all well and good until the captaincy was handed over to a mate who doesnt have a home pc but is allowed to use the web at work I would like someone to convert the 1 xlsx workbook with 2 worksheets to something that can be hosted on our webserver. The new captain would need to select the game where all 12 players would have a space for a score and a fine and a space for the oppositions gross score. This would then write to a score and fines table. there would need to be a web page that would display all of the players together with all of their scores across the season with their highest and lowest score and the teams average. the fines would be displayed in a similar way If anyone is interested i would be quite happy to do an online demo of the working spreadsheet to give you a better idea of what im after.
