A web site.

Hi I would like a web site developing, like Y Tube but with audio files and not video. In two stages, this is the first stage, when up and working properly, I hope to develope the second stage. I have a domain name, [login to view URL], I have a server set up and an SSL certificate, I have a holding page, I need the Mysql / database setting up. Username / login, user to register, to have a profile page, be able to upload a picture, and to upload music sound files with a short description. To have a choice of two sections, to upload the music sound files in, or have two key words, to differentiate the type of music, cover tracks or tracks composed by members. If possible, a music player that can play different types of files, not just mp3, if not, what is the best way for members to convert the files. To have a search facility. The seach result page to have boxes with a thumb nail and description, just a plain page like Y Tube Two contact pages. Three pages for terms and conditions etc, I have the information for this. I will need instructions on how to select uploaded tracks and place them on the home page, as featured tracks, written tracks, and track of the week. Also how to delete members and withdraw tracks that are inappropriate. I will need instructions on how to access the database and retrieve information. The holding page gives an indication of what I would like, home page with a bit of colour, featured tracks, track of the week and tracks written by members, but other pages, search results, T+C, contact, normal, like Y Tube. The tracks to have a thumbnail and desciption and not the music player thats there at the moment.
