Bypass Referer Check For Form Post

Hi there, I need someone to write a script that can post form data from site 1 to site 2 and bypass site 2's referer check. By referer check I mean that site 2 uses a simple php script to verify the form data was sent from their own site, not a foreign one (ie site 1 in this case). Put simply, I need to send a form post while modifying the http referer header. Any one up to it?
