C# ASP.NET User Information Input Form With Filters

I have an application with a Text Box for which I need a custom validate control designed in C#. In the text box, user will enter some information that will be check against the validate control and will submit the form. The validation sequence will be fired on the button submit event. Here are the conditions that the custom validate control will check 1) At least three paragraphs (each paragraph will be sepratred by a blank line or a custom symbol like ## or ** 2) Only two anchor link tags exist in the text (should be scalable in terms of HTML tags and number) 3) No other html tags are allowed 4) Check for unicode input so users cannot sneak in the html tags 5) Check for SQL injection Here is an example valid input from user -------------------------------------------------------- This is a sample first paragraph. For instance, if we would like to add more HTML tags besides anchor tag, it should be easy to do. The same scalability is required for the number of tags too. Please ask me if you have any questions. ## Deliverables 1) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Employer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the employer on the site per the worker's Worker Legal Agreement). 2) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 3) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Employer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Worker in ready-to-run condition in the Employer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the employer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this project. ## Platform C# aspx and cs pages
