ASP SQL Add/Edit Web Page

I need web page that in asp let me know the cost and time for you to finish this. So far all the bids have been way to costly for my budget. Please note SIMPLICTY is the key. You have all the dbase information here, so completing this for the experienced asp person should be simple. 1) In must be a simple asp script, that will work in all situations with SQL 2005, here is some connection information.
