Betfair Betting Bot

I need a fairly simple betfair bot, basically it will be used to place bets on horse racing. I want to be able to have the standard feature of allowing the horse bet to be matched in-running and set to 'keep' the bet when the horse race goes live. I need the system to be able to take the amount of money in the betfair bank and allow the user to input the percentage profit that the bot must make for the day.?
