BlackBerry contact syncing application

I am looking for someone to develop a very simple and customizable contact manager for the BlackBerry platform. The requirements are: 1) The application must run on the BlackBerry models that were introduced in the past two years. 2) The application must display a form when a contact is selected that allows the user to select any one of the contact's phone numbers. 3) The application must include a callback mechanism where a custom function is called when a user selects a contact from item #2. 4) The application must present a standardized and usable interface on devices of varying resolutions and display aspect ratios with a single build. It must also include provisions for adding new user interface elements that automatically resize and reposition in a standardized fashion. 5) The application must include a mechanism to call a web service that can send a contact to a server for remote storage. 6) The application must include a mechanism to call a web service that can receive a contact from a server and save it to the phone book. 7) The application must include a mechanism to open a web browser to a specific URL (to log into the sync service). ? The browser must be able to signal the application that the login was successful. 8) The application must include a callback mechanism where a custom function is called when the user's phone rings. The deliverables are: 1) A project file, all source code, and instructions on how to import and build that project file in the standard BlackBerry JDE. If the build instructions are different for different models that information must be included as well. 2) Documentation and example code for the callback mechanism from requirement #3. 3) Documentation and example code explaining the positioning of user interface elements from requirement #4. 4) Documentation and example code for the callback mechanism from requirement #8. 5) Documentation and example code for the webservice mechanism from requirement #6. This is the skeleton of the project. ? The sync code will be developed internally and not by the developer contracted to do this setup work. ? When bidding keep in mind that this is not expected to be a completed application but a framework that less experienced BlackBerry developers will be working with.
