CBT Course on Meetings

Computer Based Training (CBT) course on leading meetings needs to be developed in Macromedia Director. We also have a working demo of part of the training. Course will need to be designed using design layout and color schemes provided. We will provide all the course material, as it has already been developed. Some features of the course include: Background music, can be toggled on/off as well as volume. Voice overs for text content, toggled on/off and volume. (Actual sound will be created by us, just need placeholder mp3's or something similar.) Several sections of interactive content. Ability to save progress and resume later, along with multiple users that may use the same computer. No central management required, nor network access needed. Tutorial section in introduction to allow the user to become familliar with the functionality of the program. Please see this [DEMO][1] of a proto-type of the program we are looking for. You can also have a look at our [other project][2] that we are still finalizing content for, and will select a bidder very soon. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Windows 2000 and XP.
