Create Delphi Class and small demo program

I have a partially completed unit/class that I need finished. The unit will read a text file and use regular expressions to extract needed data from a formatted file and put the extracted data into a class structure (TStorm). The data in the formatted file is tropical storm positions and related strength information. The data is 12 and 24 hours apart. Once the data is added to the structure, and extrapolation will be done on the data to interpolated (linear) into 15, 30, or 60 minute intervals. Example: Position 1: Date/Time 15 Aug 2009 1200 UTC, Latitude: 23.3, Longitude -60.5 Position 2: Date/Time 16 Aug 2009 0000 UTC, Latitude: 24.8, Longitude -62.5 The extrapolation/interpolation routine will estimate the between positions based on use defined 15, 30, 60 minute intervals. Output if 15 minute interval is selected: Position 1a: Date/Time 15 Aug 2009 1215 UTC, Lat 23.35, Lon -60.59 This extrapolation will need to be done for given wind elements also. Each Position will also have a standard wind radius information. Wind radius data is explained in attached documents. Quick overview on how I'm using this. Main class is TStorm (for example a hurricane). TStorm has numerous positions (TStormPosition class) Each position has several wind radii (TRadiusData)... example radius from center of storm to the extent of 50 knot winds... Please see attached files. This includes what I've done with the text file parser, and class structure and a graphical representation of what I'm trying to do. I'll need a quick test program that demonstrates the proper implementation of the class.
