Custom VPN Client(repost)

Hi there I require an installation program for a VPN client. Basically the program will through the typical “installation wizard?? with welcome, accept license terms and finished etc and when installed/launched will sit and be controlled from the task bar area something like: Turn on (Green light) for VPN active and Turn off (Red light) for VPN inactive. It should connect to a VPN secure encryption 128bit. We would like the VPN to automatically shutdown after X minutes of inactivity (controllable by us) and pop up a message to say “VPN idle.. disconnecting?? Other requirements: •? We need the ability to change the IP address and port of the VPN server. •? Full source code and only informal documentation required •? Should be de-installable •? Possibility to detect upgrades would be nice, but not essential As a bare minimum we require this solution to work with Windows XP onwards.
