Customer Database

Looking for a customer picture database. Must be able to run on most versions of windows. Yes we still have one of those Win 98 running around. Would like simple setup with all program and database files etc. to be kept under one directory. Sub directories are fine so I don't need to back up the complete program every time. I would like to have a database that we can put an Invoice number, name, notes and up to 6 photo's for each customer. The photo will have a thumbnail that is not too small you can't see what it is, then when mouse over or clicked on will be presented larger size if more detail is needed. (Your Choice) to set it so the lager photo shows with mouse over thumbnail with out mouse click or with mouse click. Up to you. I want to be able to drag and drop the photo's to their thumbnail location. The file that is (Drag and Dropped) will be saved in photo's sub directory. The larger photo that shows will be limited to 1/4 screen size with option to expand the picture larger if I need to. The notes section will have 4 or so lines viewable, with an arrow scrollable to handle any amount of notes. The Front Page and Search Page will be Tab click able to go back and forth with ease. The search Page will be the second tab. Top Page (1st page) [Inv #] [Customer Name] [Notes ] [ ] [Photo 1] [Photo 2] [Photo 3] [Photo 4] [Photo 5] [Photo 6] Second Page (Search Page) The search page will be able to search by inv# or any part of the customer name. I will mostly search by Inv#, but want the search by name just in case customer doesn't have inv# with them. There will be an arrow scroll listing that I can also use to view and select this way. About 4 lines or so. Once a customer is selected from the list or by search it will return to the front page with the information.
