Amending jQuery calendar in Wordpress Toolset Plugin -- 2

I am using Wordpress along with Toolset ([login to view URL]) and I have added a jQuery date picker to the filter section of my site here [login to view URL] (toward the bottom of the left hand column). I need it so that when a user picks a date from the calendar the “Day” checkbox below is automatically checked depending on the actual day of the date chosen in the calendar. For example if the user picked 10th November 2014 from the Date calendar then Monday would be automatically checked in the Day checkboxes. If the user changed their mind and picked 11th November 2014 then Monday would clear and Tuesday would be automatically checked in the Day checkboxes. If the user chooses to remove the date (by clicking the red cross) then the Days would be cleared too. I would also like it so that a past date cannot be chosen in the calendar and that the calendar's default is blank rather than todays date. I require this to be done with no core or plugin modifications - the work must be carried out using only settings in my theme or in wp-admin (there is a section in Toolset to allow adding javascript/jqeury to this filter form).
