Create Wordpress posts from MySQL db table rows

A Script that creates and writes wordpress posts for every row/id found in table. Every type of content is written in separate columns and every entry is a new row/id. This is what it needs to be able to do: Post title Post date and time Post content (text/html) Post Category (Must check second table for categories. It will first show category=1. And in categories: 1=name+wordpress category id. Script must remember ID of table row and connect it with the blog post so that: The script can remember column "updated" with date and time 2013-07-25 11:22:58.
