Add cms to site

Hi, I would like to add CMS to my site so that I can update all content and links at will. I want to be able to add pages, photos, links etc. I want to make surre that it will be added to the site and the site map and XML site map everytime I add new content. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
