Add modify and delete record in xml file with php

Users will be able to add, modify and delete bookmarks. The bookmarks should be stored in an xml file. Coding is to be done in Object Oriented PHP. Please use the provided html and css for the applications look and feel. The template should contain all the different pieces you need. How you use them and what you add is up to you. I will be reviewing your approach to the task by looking at the following items: * your code and it's organization/structure * your functional UI implementation Also please provide a "workflow" and task list document A final note: Please do not use external libraries.
