Auto-fill form in Wordpress from XML file

Please read carefully the instructions! By pressing "Add Place" you can see that you can upload a place of interest. I want to modify this button and name it "Add LD". By pressing this button I want to have the option to upload 3 files. Just this. One .docx file (which is a compressed file, with XML elements, fotos e.t.c.) that I'll use its info later and two other files that will be uploaded just in case someone want to download them. To understand what I want see the "Add LD" page in the following prototype: [login to view URL] When you add something to this template, you make a registration. When you complete the registration then you can view it. So when pressing the Submit button I want to automatically transfer to the "LD Page", as you can see to the above prototype. To do this, I need a PHP module that do some actions. -Convert the .docx file to an .xml file in order to find the elements that I want. Find the elements: Title, Duration, Educational level, Description and Learning Goals and place their metadata into the corresponding fields of the form that is shown on the "LD Page" of the prototype. -If you convert the .docx file into .rar you'll find a folder named "media" that consists of 2 photos. Take these fotos and place them under the Flow and Conceptual Model places. -All the files that uploaded at the previous step ("Add LD") to be available for download, as shown on the bottom of the "LD Page". I want to be clear of which files uploaded or not. For example, if someone didn't upload an optional file, the corresponding "download" button will be inactive. -At the end, I want the backup files of the project and directions of what you do step-by-step in the PHP file. As you understand, I need an expert in PHP, XML and Wordpress to run this test project. If it is as I described it, I will continue with this freelancer to the completion of this project (if I will be satisfied with your work).
