CSS, XHTML, JavaScript and Ajax Project

I need to find a developer who I can depend on and that can work over the upcoming holidays. This is a project that has been started and is about 50% completed. Basically it is a static Intranet (HTML only) that we need to finsh by December 26th - or the morning of December 27th. The XHTML and CSS and some pages have already been created. We just need to add pages, content, links, some Ajax and JS functionality. The most complex thing to this site will be a client side search that searches an employee directory. Not too complex. I need someone who is great at: CSS, XHTML, JS and Ajax as some of the CSS is complex and may need to be modified. This is 100% CSS layout. The work is not complex, there is just a lot of pages and links to be added, and some Ajax / JS functionality. No forms or anything. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Web (HTML) - all client side Must be cross browser compliant (IE, FF, Opera, etc.)
