Chatprogramming for virgoasc91

Hello, I'm planning to launch a webchat called [login to view URL] in the nearest future (1st of August) The name of the site is "Hyggechat" (Translated FunChat). I've included a list of the functions i would like. The design will be like the chat i've already started on, on [login to view URL] It need to be coded in PHP and ofcourse OOP. The database structure needs to be perfect, because we need a lot of logging and searching in logs (Denmarks politics are wery strict about this :/) So its a chat (public, userlist and private), user-creation process and admin-interface. We're counting on getting the first 500-1000 chatters online in the year 2010. Can you do it in one month, and can you take care of future builds ? Best regards, Martin
