Company web site (Joomla or Drupal based)

HI We need a new web site for our small company using either Joomla 1.5 or Drupal 6 CMS. We need it integrated with 3 sales contact forms for integration with SugaCRM. We need to have a private area for "partners" that can only be accessed by user/password login and not reached by search engines etc. Partner area just contains standard web pages. We have an outline design for the web site structure and required menu and page templates. What we need is: 1) Web site design / template for CMS (We have logo and require a well designed corporate style, professional, template clean, lots of white space etc. No video, animation sound etc. We already have a logo. We cam provide example sites for design guidelines 2) 10 template pages (Home, Product, Market/Solution, Case Study, Partner, Form, Standard, Alt-Standard, Partner Price List, Product Support, FAQ, Downloads) 3) 3 Web forms to capture customer contact and requirement details - automatic entry onto SugarCRM through published APIs. 4) Menu system - We have a list of required items (nothing complex or non-standard) - System must allow easy add/change delete in the future. 5) Install & Integration with CMS for easy site management + 1 hour training of template use and page creation/publication etc We will provide all content (pictures, downloads, text etc). We will do all data entry other than one page per template for test purposes done by developer. We can provide access to linux server with ssh etc as required. We can also provide access to SugarCRM server too. Template must conform fully to Joomla/Drupal Template guidelines and HTML, XHTML and CSS compliant as per w3c. Designer/Developer must be able to show examples of design work and must have Joomla and/or Drupal CMS and SugarCRM experience and references. When bidding please state along with price a committed start date and complete date. We will use the GAF escrow for all fund transfers. Please PM with any questions. We will provide more detail on requirement to bidders with good track record, skills, price and an ability to start immediately and complete ASAP. We need good communication in English throughout this project - using Skype and email. I think the budget is fair - but it can be increased to get the best developer/designer, design and integration completed ASAP.
