Create new website with CMS

We need a new website (see attached briefing) with cms. Important to us is: EASY to use. FAST. The design is ready, we need someone with experience and coding skills. Important technical issues: 1. create an orderform for each product (all our products are different) 2. we have an e-mail system: there must be a subscription link. 3. PHP based. We need someone who is good with PHP (and preferably Symfony). How to respond: 1. Please list 2-3 actual projects which are in use and from whcih you could provide a reference. 2. Please tell us which cms you would use (if you have your own, please describe it). 3. We are looking for small companies 1-10 people. Thanks. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
