automate a windows app via macro software

I would like to automate tasks of a Windows application called Adwords Editor (available as a free download from Google). This will need to be implemented using commercial macro software (please provide details of which software you will use in your bid as well as your experience with this software.). The macro software must be able to run via the command line, run scheduled, know how to handle feedback from applications, read/write data, have error handling workflows, handle dialog boxes, logging The macro will need to be able to automate the following tasks (these tasks need to be performed in sequence ??" with error handling) “Add multiple text ads?? ??" The task should start the command, choose the 2nd radio button, download the text ad information from an XML feed URL, paste the information as tab delimited text, click the Next buton a few times. This task should log the final result. “Add multiple keywords?? ??" similar to the task above, start the command, download the keywords list from a data feed, paste and ok then change. “Post Changes?? ??" start the post changes command, wait until the post has finished, handle any errors (e.g. loss of http connection), log the results e..g 100 keywords were posted. “Max CPC Changes?? ??" once the kewords are posted it should run the max cpc changes function for all adgroups that were upload ??" which changes the max cpc for keywords that are inactive. It should then post I also require for the macro tool to be able to manage a queue of tasks. E.g it should constantly run and monitor a URL/feed for the task (check once every 30 minutes).
