data communicate between webserver and local machine --- phase 0

I need to send data fromApple Mac server (OS 10.6 up) to webserver and then view these data via Browser. This project is a first project in my plan. The purpose for the project is to find a freelancer that has the ability to continue work on the plan. The project is not hard to do and will finish it less than one week, I think. main jobs below: 0. you need to develop the codes in one Apple Mac machine (OS 10.6 or up) and one web server (Linux + PHP …) 1. I will provide 10 demo data for the project. demo data: Demo-1, demo-2, demo-3, …, demo-10, … are files provide by me. 2. You need to parse these data into xml format and save in the local server. 3. send demo data to web server per minute or per “Refresh” from user’s browser. Send demo-1, wait one minute, send demo-2, wait 1 minute, send demo-3, … 4. user can view demo data via web browser. user also can click "Refresh" to get the next demo data from local server.
