Display product and attributes in Side Box - Zen Cart

I want to display a product in a Side Box in Zen Cart. Customers will need to be able to add the product to cart after selecting attributes. I dont need a product image to be displayed. The product itself wont be viewable from anywhere else in the site, I am using 'Hide Categories mod' to hide this product within the store and the 'Blank SideBox mod' where I will place the code provided by yourself. I only want the product to be added once, therefore I'm assuming a hidden field will need to be added for quantity with a value of 1, also once the product is added to cart the side box needs to show a message stating the product has been added instead of the product info. Here is a basic form, but it doesn't include the product attributes, but it's a starting place. I would require you to use the 2 mods mentioned above and generate the code for to be entered in the blank sidebox on your own test zen cart installation for me to check to see if it works, once completed I will enter the code myself into a blank sidebox in my zen cart store.
