APi scraping & WP posting script

Im looking for a php script and database system to scrape info via the ebay API to a mysql database. then post the listings to bulk wordpress blogs. Full specifications are attached. The programmer selected will need to have previous experience with wordpress posting scripts, and already built scripts in this field. The ebay scraping part of the project is very straight forward using the API to DB. Plus i have most of the scripting/classes required for this part. But the programmer will still need to have experience with API's, specifically the ebay api. If the right programmer is found and the work is carried out to satisfaction, then this project will continue to be expanded and much more work will be available.
