Basic Auction Site

This should be some quick and easy money for someone who is willing to give me a little bit of help. I'm just looking to have a very basic auction site where users can register and post their items for sale and the administer can set listing fees. I am not looking for anything elaborate or even close to ebay; however the option for the user to set fix priced items would be excellent. This auction site will initially be run on a free php hosting site to see if the niche idea takes flight. If the person who takes this job wants to tweak free auction scripts already available in mass on free scripting sites, that is fine with me. I would do this myself except I have no idea how to install the scripts. After the auction site is set up, I will need some very basic guidance on how to maintain the site and manipulate basic attributes. I don't need a programming course as, once I'm up and running, I will certainly educate myself. If you are efficient, patient and funny/nice I will definitely like to hire you for future jobs.
