Build Custom Intranet

Will discuss more with the selected programmer(s). I would like to have a custom intranet developed. I like the idea of Atrium, however, it's not quite as complete as I'd like it to be. Atrium relies on people to contribute and release add-ons. And I'd like something like Atrium but with all the add-ons that you could imagine would make it more useful. Ideal intranet would be something like the ease of use from Atrium with functionality of sharepoint and google wave.
