CRE Loaded site - add an infobox and fix a cart bug

We have the following two issues need to fix on our website. 1. Add a rounded rectangle info box on home page: Attached please find the image demos what we want to have. Comparing to our home page, you will see what I mean. We also need a line under "Recent News" (refer to the image) 2. Shopping cart bug (seems like a Session ID bug): symptom 1: If you add one or two products to the shopping cart, and then keep shopping (for example, click a different category), the products in the shopping cart disappear sometimes, and sometimes they come back again. Sometimes it shows "1 item in your cart", but if you click to view the shopping cart, it's empty. symptom 2: If you click "Order Tracking", it reports an error "ERROR: The Invoice Number that you entered does not match any of our database records, please try again." even you haven't entered anything yet.
