This website registers requestors of specialty medical care and then takes their consultation request and matches it with the calendar of registered medical specialists. It also presents to requestors a knowledge base in the area(s) of specialty they are interested in. The requestor can upload information (PDF files, images, zipped files or folders) for each consultation which is then stored and tagged for the specific consultation. The calendaring feature stores and updates the schedules of the specialists. The reporting feature allows reports to be generated for a particular requestor, specialist, or a medical group plan. The billing feature allows bills to be generated for the consultation, and revenue reports to be generated for the specialists. The requestor is able to interact with a ‘Help Desk’ where they can get questions answered by a triage through on-line chat or even a ‘Call Us’ button on the website, The requestor can also request a call back. The on-line consult window that allows the requestor and specialist to interact allows for two-way voice and video communication and recording/playback features. Each consultation is then stored and tagged to the requestor’s and specialist’s folders. The consult window can have more than 2 participants.
