i need a secure way to send out a file either by email or a link included in a email, along with my company message after a user pays with paypal. if the user is sent a link by email, the link needs to only work once to prevent abuse. i need a database built that tracks incoming and outgoing processes with a status page so i can view it. also the databse will handle the inventory. cheaper its done the more work i have
