An Application Needed

Hi I need an application that can send offline messages to AIM users with these requirements aswell :- [login to view URL] needs to rotate the Bot Id's (fresh AIM id's that i'll put to send messges through to a list of aim users ) [login to view URL] needs to be able to send 100 msg a second (should be able to send 1 million messages in 24 hours ) [login to view URL] must load a list of aim users that i will put in it. [login to view URL] needs to work with proxies [login to view URL] must be able to send offline and online messages [login to view URL] it needs to switch AIM severs each time the bot ids switches(fresh id's that I will put to send messages through to Aim users) I m also uploading the screen shot of it for an idea... I need this very quick and I will pay once i see the demo is working fine and then i will purchase the Bot at your bid cost ..
