need someone to design a page that allows people to upload up to 2mb to my website AFTER paying a fee to Paypal
It should be secure enough that they can not mess with any other part of my site .must be either html,ssi (shtml) cgi/perl with an html 'welcome to upload area' bit that i can easily customise .
