Coloring (and minor restoration) of old B&W images

I have 20 old B&W images that needs very minor restoration as they're not in a bad shape. The job is more focused on hand coloring it in appropriate software (like Photoshop, etc..). These images are scanned photos and are 4724 pixels by 2957 pixels (approx 15.7" x 9.9") in PSD format. The final work should retain the same format and ready for printing at 300 dpi (original scanned images are already at 300 dpi). Samples of work in progress (in jpeg format) should be sent for evaluation and to maintain proper communication with successful bidder. No bids above US$250 please! See sample image below
