Animation in the style of Monty Python

I have been provided a painting and asked to animate the women in the painted, a la Monty Python style. Last year, I did a generic animation, and the client was happy. This year he would like to boost the level of animation, to give the legs and arms joints. The attached MOV is last year's generic animation, but this year the client would like the legs to move also at both the knee and hip, as well as the shoulder / elbow and hands. The women will walk in, tossing the beach ball up and down. In the MOV, we are only going to need to animate the women. Audio will be produced locally. The previous year's audio will be used for reference. Winning bidder will be provided with the PSD of original artwork, along with layers. Please note that the arms and legs might need to be additionally drawn. They will also be provided all After Effects file of the animated text at the end of the video. The winning bidder will supply a first draft animation by Jan 17th for comments. A second draft by Jan 20th for final comments. The final project will need to be completed by the 23rd at the end of the day. On the 23rd, the winning bidder would send the final / completed after effects files, Photoshop files, etc.
