Design of Travel Website

I need a strong graphic designer who understands the web, to design a travel based site that features hotels. I need someone who can also create the site's HTML pages once the templates are signed off, so that they are ready to hand over to a programmer for integration. This site is being created in open source PHP or simliar. I would like to view your portfolio online, otherwise please give me 3 live working sites that I can see, highlighting any experience you may have if any of creating travel based sites (also not essential). I've made the brief as detailed as possible giving examples of pages I like for each section; I'll give the copy to the chosen worker so there is dummy content as a placeholder when working up the designs. The site will also need a new logo as I don't feel the current one is strong enough and the original artwork has been lost. This is an upgrade of the old site which is listed in the brief attached.
