Add 3D Glossy Effect to Logo and generate Printfile

Hi! I have a draft for a logo SWISS DOK, the client would like to add a glossy effect to it (see have examples Blendax, VW), he would like to have some photorealistic touch. Maybe also the letters could be slightly 3D. Not old billboard stil, more this trendy smooth glossy effect. Also the logo is in a draft version now, it has to be transferd to print size, 30 x 20 cm, 300 dpi, or .ai, I would prefer a solution with Illustrator. Also the scratches on top of the font has to be done better, now it's only draft. 3-5 version to choos of would be gerat. The provided file has do be on diffrent layers, so I can make changes later. I can provide a EPS with text and box and the draft.
