Anime Dakimakura project with ongoing work offer, finding artist for roster ($300 for first daki, $600 + 5% sales for each design if hired) - repost 2

This commission is for a single, double sided dakimakura design but represents the opportunity of ongoing work. I run a small private company that produces and sells dakimakuras (full length body pillows with anime artwork). We are looking for a highly talented anime and manga artist to work on dakimakura cover art designs that we can print and sell. Please be aware this will usually involve drawing nude girls, so you should probably be over 18 for this commission!\r\n\r\nFor this first completed dakimakura design I'll pay you $300, after which we'll add you to our artist roster. Our regular artists get $600 for each cover design + 5% of sales for the particular covers that you design for us. This represents a long term commitment to part time work where you will be creating a number of dakimakura covers each year, however the number you want to make is mostly up to you as long as you fulfill the commitment you agree to. We have artists that work for us full time and make their living creating dakimakura artwork. \r\n\r\nTo help us choose from the applicants we'd like to see a work sample from each person applying; the sample can involve as much work as you are willing to do, from a sketch to a completed dakimakura if you are really serious about wanting the position. The artist must be able to work at such large sizes and produce extremely high quality cel shaded artwork with smooth, clean lines and match the designs of the characters we need perfectly. \r\n\r\nThe characters we choose to make into covers are based mostly on feedback from our customers and which currently airing anime are popular.
