Please see attached photo before I described the task. This photo was taken some years back and while changing photo film in camera, negative was exposed to light (I thought film was rewinded but it was not). Can you fix this picture and make it correctly visible ? Please give a little detail like what level of correction you can do ? Can it be completely corrected or partially ? Once task if finalized I will provide a high resolution scan of this picture. Any further detail or discussion please feel free to contact me.

1. I understand that it is a rare photograph and needs to be restored. 2. I have good command over photoshop and paintpro which would help in attending to your work. You can see a few from my portfolio. 3. I plan to use the layering technique to create a mask and finally apply it to the photograph to give you the desired result. 4. The color of the shirt on the right handside person is not clear. If you have another good photograph of the man on the right wearing the shirt will be helpful. Alternatively, you can specify a different color if needed. 5. I can restore it to 90% of the one seen on the left. 6. I would need 3 days as I take more time in understanding the details and give a good job.
