Architectural Perspectives 'facelift'

Greetings! I require assistance with some renderings I started to get them to presentation level. Below is the description of what I need. Project Description: 10 photorealistic perspectives from working/in progress 3d files. I have some 3D-max file/Rhinoceros files of exterior and interior perspectives I have been working on. I need to adjust the material and render settings to make the perspective photo-realistic. They vary in terms of ‘completeness’ as some are ready to render while a few need minor modeling additions such as glazing or furniture additions. Minor modifications can be made to the environment. Modifications to the materials are also possible, although keeping a similar main color/type/transparency of material is important. The target is to have some of the rendered images on our website and in a brochure to show to prospective clients. The perspectives are all meant to be local to the middle east setting, particularly Dubai, United Arab Emirates, so use of specific items and maps such as palm trees, stones for landscaping, sand, desert, ocean view, etc. can be used where applicable. Each file will be accompanied with an ‘inspiration’ image I used as a starting point in terms of look and feel to the environment of the perspective as well as instructions on desired effects in terms of materials and lighting. The aim is to get as close as possible to the starting image. I have attached some examples of the target I'm aiming for and the current status of my modelling/rendering scenes. The requirements I need to be provided by you are the following: 1. The final render without watermark, high resolution minimum size 1600x1200 in jpeg format. 2. The 3d max file after modification including vray settings and materials, in case I need to change camera perspective or add to the scene. Kindly provide me with a quotation for 10 perspectives with the above requirements and an estimated time-frame (not all perspectives need to be delivered at the same time). Since I’m in the process of starting an architecture office I’d like to keep costs reasonable and hence have started these files to pass over to an expert to cut costs and time on both sides.
