Develop an animated and realtime health marketing video clip

I need a 30seconds clip advert on health developed for us. It's an advert that talks about telemedicine. It shows where several people from a family are able to access the services of a doctor online, chat, video call and talk to a doctor. EG. Someone who has food poisoning can call a doctor while in the toilet, a grandma coughing can call a doctor, a patient who's had alergic reaction could call a doctor online. Something short but very creative. I want quality, at short time and affordable cost.
