This Phase 1 of our new website The first phase is simple, we're looking to for someone with experience, references and a portfolio to migrate our existing website to a purchased wordpress theme. We have several additional plugins and features we'd like to add in future phases, which will follow right after the successful completion of Phase 1. Existing Website: [login to view URL] New Theme (we'd like your feedback [pros and cons] for which to pick): [login to view URL] [login to view URL] [login to view URL] Future Design and Development Opportunities: - Theme customization - Widget for current 'HOT LISTING' pop-up/ticker screen (which can be minimized anywhere on the site) - Members Section: Like the current site where we can set a username and password for members only section where they can pick up files we've uploaded to the site via FTP or Wordpress interface - TBD (we have several other ideas we'd like to be implemented once the site is fully functional with the above) OTHER NOTES: - we would like the website coded in a child theme and put any custom codes in there in case the parent theme needs to be changed in the future - we will have some additional logos and graphics, that aren't currently on our existing site - the candidate will be expected to migrate ALL the current data to the new site - the website should be ready to go live, with all sections/features of the theme fully function without any problems after this phase.
