Hi, My bid is just a placeholder as you dont have enough details in your specification to work out the effort required. Basically it seems you need a pressure or touch sensitive switch. A few questions come to mind:- What is the source of the pressure? A human touch? Machinary? How much pressure? Do you just need to know if something is in proximity to the device or is there a specific pressure? How large is the contact surface? I am a licensed chemist and a chemistry and research educator for 4 years now. As a scientist and educator, I am exposed to this kind of topics.
