Code Review

Looking for experienced coder with good writing skills to review a section of code and provide written instructions for how to customize look and feel (ie: changing css style on the existing set of pages) The code I will provide is template based, so you will simply look over the existing coding that uses css files and templates. There are 2 steps to this project. 1. Review the existing coding (uses classes, templates, and css files) and write a 1/2 page or up to 1 page document describing how to change look/feel of 2 pages that use this templating system (No need for you to actually implement the changes, you will just need to write instructions on what files would need to be changed and an overview of how to do the changes) 2. Provide an estimate on how long it would take the following types of coders to actually implement your instructions for changing the pages a. Beginning level coder (1-2 years of exerience) b. Mid Level coder (2-5 years experience) c. Experienced coder (5+ years experience) So your role in this project is to review the code, provide some guidelines for how to change/look feel of 2 pages, and then provide estimates for 3 different levels of coders in terms of time involved to implement your instructions. Must have good level coding experience with classes, css, PHP, and MYSQL (code involves being able to read/follow variables using dynamic data pulled from mysql database) and be a writer. This is ideal for anyone who has previously taught progamming courses, or who enjoys writing documentation for other programmers to follow. Please ask any questions you have and I can provide some sample code upon request. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform PHP, MYSQL, Apache, Linux
