Bluetooth Microphone software for iPhone

I want an iPhone app created that will allow for a Tie Microphone (Lavalier Microphone) to be plugged into to the iPhone (Much like the hands free headset but with no ear phones) I want the audio stream to then be streamed over a pre connected OS managed bluetooth connection as an A2DP signal. On the screen should be a simple level meter and mute button to cut the stream. I have found the following but they dont use bluetooth and therefore suffer a delay.
