Buddy Press Fix

Looking for some minor updates to a buddypress theme. Having problems with the activity stream. When a new message is posted in a group, it is sent to the group members. they receive this email. Gary posted an update in the group Group 1 "testing group 1 T" To view or reply, log in and go to: <[login to view URL]> The problem is if they click on the link, it takes them to the area to ad a new comment. (See attachment part 1) I would like it to take them to the actual comment which was already posted so they can reply under that, not in the new comment section (see attachment 2). This is confusing but if someone does reply to a comment, the other group members get a similar notification as when the original comment was posted, but this one has a number at the end, which actually does take them to the correct place under the comment,(see attachment part 3)
