Django Real Estate Project

I have a project that I do not have the time to get to. I need someone to create an admin piece to Django to setup geographical areas for a real estate site. For instance, I want the owner of the site to add a new area around a lake and be able to draw that out by placing points on a map. The database would save those points and then a new area is added to the search. An end user could filter the search by the areas that the owner of the site created and it would query all the real estate within that geo zone. All the listings are held locally in the database and are updated every morning so there is not an api that you have to worry about querying.
