Brief description The project is a commercial center and administrative office. It consists of a basement, ground floor, mezzanine, first, and upper roof floor  Ground floor height 3.5 m  Mezzaninefloor height 3.2m  First floor height 3.5 m  Upper roof floor height 3.2 m Requirements • Elevation design (front face). • Style: new classic or modern. • Elevation shall cconsist of an industrial stone (GRC stone), or natural stone (Riyadhstone). • In elevations, the glazing of the show rooms and windows shall be of double glass type. • Considerations shall be taken as hidden and up-light lightings will be used. • The design shall be simple and avoid complexity. • Must be the design land mark in the city.
